Flora Qiqiao Zhang, a Chinese attorney at law/patent attorney in Kim & Chang's IP Practice, presented at the Intellectual Property Business Congress (IPBC) Korea 2018, which was held in Seoul on April 26, 2018. Ms. Zhang spoke on "Growing interest in Chinese courts" during a session entitled "The global litigation landscape," highlighting IP litigation trends and case studies in China and future outlook in the global marketplace.
