Jung Hee Lee joined Kim & Chang in 1998 and is a patent attorney in the Electrical Practice Group.
He received his BE in Elctronics Communications (1978) from Kwangwoon University and ME in Electronical Engineering (1991) from Tsukuba University. He was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1991. Before joining the firm he served as the Director of the Examination Coordination Division at the Korean Intellecutal Property Office (1998), a Trial Examiner, Trial Board, at KIPO (1997-1998), a Resident Officer, Japanese Patent Office (1994-1997), the Director of the Examination Bureau IV, KIPO (1991-1994), and as an Examiner, Examination Bureau IV, KIPO (11979-1991). Mr. Lee's areas of practice include patent prosecution, litigation, and evaluation of patent rights mainly in the field of electrical and telecommunication technologies.
