Ms. Jung’s experience covers a wide range of IP matters, including patent prosecution, patent and trade secret litigation, licensing and other enforcement related services.

She also worked on non-IP dispute matters involving technical issues, including location based services, IT infrastructure of financial institution, and computer software.

Her representative work includes: 

• Assisting multinational companies for their multi-jurisdictional patent and trade secret litigations, and antitrust matters 

• Litigations, and pre-litigation investigation and analysis in the fields of data/image processing, semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment, telecommunications, software, and Internet related technologies 

• Internal investigations including forensics analysis relating to trade secret protection and corporate compliance

• Counseling on information leakage and privacy issues, litigation readiness and information/record management

• Strategic prosecution of key patent applications for potential enforcement cases
