Jing Liu is a foreign attorney in the Game, Resort & Entertainment Practice and Environment Practice at Kim & Chang. Ms. Liu's practice includes regulatory counseling, transactional matters and litigation/arbitration, with special focus on complex questions about the entertainment, game-related and environmental regulations.

She frequently counsels clients in intellectual property issues for a wide range of software, auto vehicle, e-commerce and semiconductor, including intellectual property license agreements, technology transfer and supply agreements, purchases and sales, cease and desist letter and intellectual property litigation settlement agreements. Ms. Liu also has extensive experience in advising clients on issues relating to export control and sanctions.

Ms. Liu finished her LL.D. from Seoul National University in 2020 and studied law as an undergraduate in Kyungpook National University, where she received both her LL.M. and LL.B. degree in civil law. She is admitted to the PRC bar in 2013.
