Dong-Hyoung Lee is a Korean patent attorney in the Electrical Group of the intellectual property practice at Kim & Chang. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, from 1999 to 2002, he worked as an ASIC design engineer at Seodu Logic, Inc. (ASIC design and CAD tool development company in Korea), where he developed wireless modem chips for 3G, Bluetooth, and Wireless Local Loop technologies. After admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2004, he worked at Bae, Kim, and Lee from 2005 to 2006. At Bae, Kim, and Lee, he has prosecuted patent applications for domestic companies in technical fields including semiconductors, wireless communications, and internet technology.

Mr. Lee's practice mainly focuses on a wide range of patent matters, including patent enforcement and litigation, patent licensing, and patent prosecution. He has represented multi-national corporations and domestic companies in invalidation proceedings before the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board and the Patent Court and in patent infringement litigations before the court and the Korea Trade Commission.
