Minho Lee (Korean patent attorney) and Daniel Kim (U.S. attorney) in Kim & Chang's IP Practice were invited to speak at a seminar on "Protection and Enforcement of Software Inventions in DE, KR and US," held in Düsseldorf, Germany on November 7, 2019. Mr. Lee and Mr. Kim co-presented on "Patenting Software in South Korea," highlighting recent developments in prosecution and enforcement of software inventions, notable case laws, and practical aspects and tips.
