On July, 14, 2020, Kim & Chang's Intellectual Property Practice hosted a webinar on "What You Need to Know When Enforcing Patent Rights in Korea."

Hisanori Aoki moderated the session, and Sang-Wook Han and Hyun-Shik Oh presented on recent law changes and developments on the Korean patent litigation system, and addressed key challenges and practical considerations to effectively enforce patent rights in Korea.

Organized in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the webinar was well-received by IP delegates from various companies doing business in Korea as a great opportunity to enhance their understanding on dispute issues. More of such webinars on other key issues will follow to bring together IP colleagues and to provide a platform for discussions and networking.
