On October 29, 2020, Alexandra Bélec, a senior foreign legal counsel in Kim & Chang's IP Practice, participated as a speaker in a webinar hosted by a US law firm, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, and LLP. During the webinar, Ms. Bélec presented on recent developments in South Korean practice and law, as well as on a few unique features of the Korean design system.

The webinar was organized to promote a recently published book, “Comparative Global Design Law”, which compares design legislations in major countries across the world. The South Korea chapter was authored by Sung-Nam Kim, a senior patent attorney at Kim & Chang, and Ms. Bélec.
