Young Kim, a senior patent attorney in Kim & Chang's IP Practice, participated as a speaker in the 2021 IPO Live + Virtual Annual Meeting held on September 19-21 and 28-30, respectively. In the session entitled “Update on Design Law Across Asia,” Ms. Kim attended as a speaker from Korea, and during the Asian Practice Committee Business Meeting, she also presented on "Updates on Korean IP Law and Practice," featuring recent trends and developments in Korean IP law along with notable case studies, on behalf of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA).
