Ms. Moon's practice is focused on the areas of trademark and design prosecution and enforcement, as well as disputes involving intellectual property issues.

Ms. Moon has extensive knowledge and experience in representing US and European clients from various industries, including fashion, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, sports equipment, in complex trademark and design matters.  She also advises multinational clients on matters relating to anti-counterfeiting and brand protection.
