Overview
Jung Ho Yoon joined Kim & Chang in 2003 and is a patent attorney in the firm's Mechanical Practice.
He received his B.E. in Aerospace Engineering (1994) from Seoul National University, B.E. in Electrical Engineering (2003) from Soongsil University, and LL.M. (2006) from the University of Washington, School of Law. He was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 1998. Before joining the firm he worked at YOU ME Patent & Law Firm from 1999 to 2003 and Daewoo Heavy Industries & Machinery Ltd. from 1995 to 1998. At Daewoo, Mr. Yoon worked as an engineer in a manufacturing department for diesel engine of truck; at YOU ME, he drafted a large number of patent applications for various automobile components.
Mr. Yoon's current practice focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, litigation, opinion work, and enforcement and dispute resolution. He is a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association and Intellectual Property Forum.
