• Provided strategic litigation support to a major Korean solar cell panel manufacturer in a Section 337 ITC investigation, which resulted in a complete victory of non-infringement.
• Successfully assisted a Korean medical company in patent disputes against its market competitors before a US federal district court and PTAB, culminating in an advantageous settlement.
• Successfully assisted Korean companies in Section 337 ITC investigations involving trade secret misappropriation claims.
• Led and managed e-discovery review teams in numerous US IP litigations and government investigations.
