Overview

Jason Jeong Lee is a foreign attorney in the firm's Intellectual Property Group. 

Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on intellectual property issues including trademarks, copyrights and designs.  His clients include multinational corporations and global brands in diverse industries ranging from fashion, electronics, and automobiles to entertainment and food.

Mr. Lee oversees trademark and design portfolios, while also handling IP disputes.  He has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigations for trademark, unfair competition, design and copyright disputes, as well as in enforcement and anti-counterfeiting matters involving the authorities such as Customs and the police.  Mr. Lee also handles domain name matters before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

He has co-authored various publications including "Korea Customs Service announces amendments to IP rights protection guidelines" and has presented in a webinar titled "Tackling Online Counterfeits in Korea." 

Mr. Lee has been recognized as a Leading Trademark Practitioner by the World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000 and a Leading Lawyer by Who's Who Legal.
