Chul Hwan Jung is a senior patent attorney in the IP group at Kim & Chang with extensive experience in advising clients on technology-driven business strategies and investment/M&A strategies. As a key member of the firm's Tech Intelligence Group, he specializes in assessing technology and IP competitiveness and risks of investment/M&A candidates by analyzing various technical data, including patents. Mr. Jung also provides counsel on intellectual property applications, disputes, licensing, and patent management matters.

Mr. Jung's clientele includes domestic and foreign companies in various industries such as mobility, machinery, materials, IT, telecommunications, semiconductors, and medical devices.
