Based on her extensive knowledge and practical experience, she has successfully counseled clients in a wide variety of business industries, including consumer and luxury goods, fashion, toys, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, social networking services, and technology. She has also handled numerous notable cases involving complex IP issues before Korean courts and the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO).

In addition, she is a director of the Korean Trademark and Design Association (KOTA).
