Clare Ryeojin Park is a foreign attorney at the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Kim & Chang. 

Ms. Park's practice mainly focuses in the areas of IP protection for both domestic and foreign companies. Specifically, she has been involved in matters concerning trademark disputes, customs enforcement, civil and criminal litigations relating to brand protection and unfair competition, as well as the Korea Trade Commission investigations involving unfair trade practices.

Owing to her strong technical expertise particularly in the field of chemicals and electronics, she is able to advise clients of various industries. Ms. Park has advised multinational companies regarding non-IP aspects such as chemical/export control regulations in Korea and product liability. She also worked on a trade secret lawsuit involving global battery companies and assisted clients in responding to foreign government investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Park worked for DuPont Korea as a Technical Marketing Representative. During this period, she was part of a technology transfer project involving chemical materials and process technologies. She has also undertaken her law clerkship program within the firm's legal practice group during her time at graduate school.

Ms. Park received a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with Honors from the University of Melbourne (2012) and a Master's degree in intellectual property law from Monash University (2018). She gained her registration as an Australian trademark attorney in 2018.
