Angela Kim is a Canadian foreign attorney in the firm's Intellectual Property Group whose practice is focused on helping clients develop and implement brand strategies, resolve infringement disputes, and negotiate licensing and other IP related agreements. She provides counseling on issues involving unfair competition, copyrights, domain names and designs. In helping clients achieve their goals, Ms. Kim brings a business focused approach and global perspective to her work having previously practiced for years in Toronto, New York and Shanghai. 

Ms. Kim has represented clients across a broad range of industries including media and entertainment, technology, pharmaceutical, consumer and luxury goods. Ms. Kim's extensive experience includes management of multi country enforcement actions and anti-counterfeiting programs, complex filing programs, worldwide trademark clearance for brand expansions, IP due diligence, and advising on IP related transactions. 

Ms. Kim was admitted to the bar of New York in 1995 and called to the Ontario bar in 1996.
