Overview

Ms. Jung’s experience covers a wide range of IP matters, including patent prosecution, patent and trade secret litigation, licensing and other enforcement related services.

She also worked on non-IP dispute matters involving technical issues, including location based services, IT infrastructure of financial institution, and computer software.

Her representative work includes:

Assisting multinational companies for their multi-jurisdictional patent and trade secret litigations, and antitrust matters
Litigations, and pre-litigation investigation and analysis in the fields of data/image processing, semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment, telecommunications, software, and Internet related technologies
Internal investigations including forensics analysis relating to trade secret protection and corporate compliance
Counseling on information leakage and privacy issues, litigation readiness and information/record management
Strategic prosecution of key patent applications for potential enforcement cases
