Laureline Hyejin JUNG is a Korean patent attorney at Kim & Chang.

She specializes in patent prosecution, litigation, and counseling for both domestic and international clients. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jung served as a senior patent examiner in the Mechanical Examination Bureau of the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and also conducted research at the Korea Institute of Fusion Energy. Ms. Jung holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from Korea in Material and Mechanical Engineering, and a Ph.D. from France. She has developed deep expertise in the fields of automotive technology, energy systems, materials science, and mechanical engineering through her academic studies and professional experiences. Currently, she serves as a board member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and is a member of the Association des Praticiens Européens des Brevets (APEB). She also contributes to the Technical Committee for Review of Export Control Regime and the Expert Committee of the Korean Professional Engineers Association. Previously, she was a member of the Presidential Council on Intellectual Property.
