- Represented defendant Taiwanese chipmaker in defending against patent infringement and trade secret claims involving DC-DC power controller semiconductors in federal district court, California state court and through trial at the International Trade Commission, obtaining a favorable judgment.
- Represented defendant Taiwanese device manufacturer against patent infringement claims involving e-reader technology in district court and at the International Trade Commission, resulting in a favorable settlement.
- Represented plaintiff labeling device manufacturer in patent infringement suit involving labeling machine technology in federal district court.
- Represented defendant UK-US underground locator device company against patent infringement claims in federal district court and the International Trade Commission involving patents on underground cable and pipe locator devices, resulting in favorable settlement.
