He also worked in the New York office of Pennie & Edmonds as an attorney focusing on patent prosecution and enforcement, and previously at Foster Wheeler as an engineer focusing on chemical process optimization.

Mr. Kim received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1994. He received his M.S. in chemical engineering from Columbia University in 1991 and his B.S. in chemical engineering from The Cooper Union in 1989. Mr. Kim has been admitted to the New York bar and registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office, and is also licensed as a professional chemical engineer.
