Overseas IP Litigation/Dispute

• Represetnated a Korean solar panel manufacturer in global patent disputes against its competitors, including multiple patent infringement actions and patent invalidation actions in the U.S., Europe, Germany, and China.
• Represented a Korean battery manufacturer as plaintiff against its competitor in trade secret misappropriation and patent infringement cases at the ITC.
• Represetnated a Korean solar panel manufacturer as defendant against its competitor in a patent infringement action in the District of Delaware and related IPRs.
• Supported a leading U.S. telecommunications company in a patent infringement case by an NPE in the Eastern District of Texas.
• Supported a leading Korean automobile company in a patent infringement case by an NPE in the Eastern District of Texas.

 

Patent Prosecution

• Prosecuted hundreds of patent applications before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), including appeals to the IPTAB against final rejections.
