Sang Hun (Andrew) Lee is a patent attorney specializing in high-tech patent matters.  Mr. Lee's practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent litigation, and patent licensing.  He has successfully represented international companies in a number of high profile global patent disputes.  He also has experience in prior art searches, patentability and infringement analysis, freedom to operate opinions, and IP counseling. 

He brings a strong technical background to the Electrical Practice Group with an advanced degree in electrical engineering and experience in patent cases involving a wide range of technologies, including telecommunication, LED technology, flat panel display, semiconductor technology, cloud computing, and mobile user interface.

Mr. Lee received his B.S. in Physics (2009) and M.E. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University.  He received an LL.B. from the Cyber University of Korea and an LL.M. from Stanford Law School.  He is admitted to the Korean Patent Bar and is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association. He is also licensed to practice in the State of California.
