Joining Kim & Chang in 1999, Sung-Nam Kim is a senior patent attorney. Ms. Kim's practice encompasses trademark, unfair competition and design in both prosecution and enforcement. 

She served as a member of the Committee on Amendment to the Trademark Act for the Korean Intellectual Property Office from 2004 to 2010 and currently serves as a member of Design Law Committee of Korean Intellectual Property Office.  She named as one of the leading trademark/design practitioners in Korea by many publications since 2013 such as World Trademark Review 1000, Who's Who Legal, Asialaw Leading Lawyers, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
