Sooho Lee is a foreign legal consultant in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice who is a member of the California and Illinois bars and registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.  

Mr. Lee's practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property enforcement, including patent litigation, prosecution, and counseling in a variety of technology areas including automobiles, wireless technology, aerospace, medical devices, and document security technology.  Mr. Lee was involved in all phases of IP litigation before US District Courts and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit as well as handling all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution.  In addition to intellectual property matters, Mr. Lee also advises automotive clients regarding regulatory compliance investigations.

Mr. Lee is also committed to actively pursuing pro bono services and projects.  He is currently teaching English to students at the Seoul National School for the Blind, and in the past, successfully represented a client in an asylum matter before the US Immigration Court where the client was granted US permanent residency.
