弊所はBenchmark Asia-Pacific Awards 2020で国家別紛争解決分野の代表ローファームに与えられる ‘National Law Firm of the Year - South Korea (今年の韓国ローファーム賞)’を6年連続受賞しました。
これと共に、合計10の業務分野に対してアジア・太平洋地域代表ローファームを1ヶ所ずつを選定する業務分野授賞部門で、昨年に続き ‘Competition/Antitrust Firm of the Year ’部門を受賞し、今年は‘Insolvency Firm of the Year’ 部門も受賞しました。弊所で遂行したAstellas Pharma v CorepharmBio patent infringement suitは‘Impact Case of the Year (今年の影響力のある事件)’として選ばれました。
Benchmark Asia-Pacific Awardsはグローバル法律メディアであるEuromoney系列のBenchmark LitigationがAsialawと共に毎年主催する授賞式で、ローファームの提出資料及び独自のリサーチをもとに、アジア・太平洋地域14ヶ国及び10の業務分野で一年間の間で起こった最も独創的で注目すべき紛争事件とこれを代理したローファーム及び弁護士を選定しました。 今年の受賞結果は2020年9月24日にオンラインで発表されました。
