Jae-Hyun Han joined Kim & Chang in 2015 and is a patent attorney in the firm's Electrical Practice Group. 

He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering (2008) and finished his M.S. course (2010) at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). 

He was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2014.  Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Fairchild Semiconductor Korea as a circuit design engineer from 2010 to 2013. His practice mainly focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patents. Further, he has conducted patent infringement analysis and patent validity analysis including conducting prior searches for US, JP and European references against several Korean patents and preparing patent analysis reports thereon in patent infringement actions and invalidation actions.
