Min-Kyoung Jee is a trademark attorney in the firm's Trademark/Design Practice Group.

Ms. Jee specializes in trademark, unfair competition, and design prosecution and enforcement. Her practice covers dispute resolution and anti-counterfeiting matters involving intellectual property issues, as well as domain name matters.

Ms. Jee has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation and counseling in the field of intellectual property. Based on her extensive knowledge and practical experience, she has successfully counseled clients in a wide variety of business industries, including consumer and luxury goods, fashion, toys, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, social networking services, and technology. She has also handled numerous notable cases involving complex IP issues before Korean courts and the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO).
