KyuBin Lim is a senior patent attorney in Kim & Chang's Electrical Practice Group.

Since joining Kim & Chang in 2003, Mr. Lim has been providing IP counseling and advice to many major IT companies whose technical fields include wireless communication, display, semiconductor, and smartphone technologies. He has worked as the main supervising and coordinating patent attorney for various prosecution and litigation cases. Mr. Lim's practice covers a wide range of intellectual property matters, including prosecution of patent applications before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), invalidation and confirmation of scope actions before the Korean Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board (IPTAB) and the IP High Court, and patent infringement disputes before the court and the Korea Trade Commission (KTC).
