Ms. Sun-Young Park has been a Trademark/Design Attorney since 2005 and joined Kim&Chang in 2007. Ms. Park is well-versed in the process and regulations of trademark/design prosecution matters in Korea.

She also assists in litigation, enforcement and dispute resolution cases involving IP issues. As Ms. Park is very fluent in Japanese and Chinese, she has handled mainly cases for Japanese and Chinese clients. Having worked for law firms in Japan, China and Singapore, she has gained experiences in a variety of IP issues and developed strong networks in those countries.

Ms. Sun-Young Park has been a Trademark/Design Attorney since 2005 and joined Kim&Chang in 2007. Ms. Park is well-versed in the process and regulations of trademark/design prosecution matters in Korea.
