Two patent attorneys in Kim & Chang's IP Practice – Jin-Baek Kim and Chul Hwan Jung, were invited to speak at the LES Japan Seminar in Tokyo on September 24, 2019. Mr. Kim and Mr. Jung co-presented under the theme of "The latest trend in IP strategy and patent utilization in major Korean companies, explained by local patent attorneys."

LES Japan, one of 32 national societies of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), hosts monthly seminars in Tokyo and Osaka for exchange of knowledge and networking. The seminar was well received by participants as a great opportunity to enhance the understanding of current business practices as well as the differences between the Japanese and Korean IP systems.
