紹介

Seung-Hee Lee is a trademark attorney in the firm's Trademark/Design Practice Group.

Ms. Lee provides legal comments on trademark and design matters. Her practice is focused on the areas of trademark and design prosecution, unfair competition, enforcement including customs action as well as disputes involving designs and domain names. She also has extensive experience in providing legal comments on the protection and management of IP rights.

Ms. Lee advises multinational corporations and global brands active in Korea, Europe, and the US in various industries including fashion, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, mechanical, automotive, and household appliances. Prior to joining Kim &Chang in 2007, she practiced for several years at Cho &Partners, where she represented numerous clients on a range of issues in connection with trademark matters. She also worked at Henkel KGaA and BMW AG, handling various trademark matters, and interned at Meissner Bolte in München in 2013. Ms. Lee’s experience includes advising German companies on various intellectual property issues.
