简介

Hyung-Geun Ji is a senior patent attorney specializing in patent litigation and prosecution, product liability litigations, trade secrets, employee invention issues, and various regulatory compliance issues.

He has extensive experiences in providing strategic advice for patents and industrial designs and also legal opinions on validity, freedom-to-operate, licensing and infringement issues. Belonging to the firm's Integrated Technology Practice Group, he has covered various technical areas including medical devices, automobile parts, machine tools, semiconductor devices, boilers, consumer and personal care goods, and home appliances. He is also a primary member of the firm's IP medical device team to counsel, manage and promote the interests of clients requiring representation in medical device art. He has an IP LLM degree from University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University.
